Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive your package in DAMAGED or BROKEN condition, please send images of the damaged carton within 24 hours of delivery.

Please mention the damage while acknowledging the delivery with the courier partner. Ensure the product remains unused and in its original condition.

Defective Products

For defective products, please email images of the carton within 24 hours. Products acknowledged as damaged or defective will be reverse picked by our team.

Once received at our facility, we will verify the condition and initiate the refund or replacement process accordingly.

Taste Preference

Each tea taste is highly personal. Trying new teas is a journey of understanding your own palate. We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you do not like the specific taste of a tea.

Processing Time

All approved refunds will take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account once processed.
