1. Introduction & Ownership

The Website Thakuria Tea is operated under Swasti Enterprises, based at 11/OB/08 Ring Road, Mahapura, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302026. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Thakuria Tea.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

2. Website Availability & Access

Thakuria Tea may suspend the Website for repairs, maintenance, or upgrades at any time without liability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

3. Eligibility & Status

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.

4. Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send a formal Dispatch Confirmation.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Thakuria Tea will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ‘onus to prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this Website are the property of Thakuria Tea and Swasti Enterprises. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Thakuria Tea.

  • Our tea is processed in hygienic, climate-controlled environments.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Thakuria Tea and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Thakuria Tea shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable to your access and use of the website.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
